TRAINING - WEEK 4

Sunday - ran 4 miles
Monday - Yoga/stretching
Tuesday - really long walk
Wednesday - ran 2 miles
Thursday - really long walk
Friday - REST
Saturday - ran 2 miles

This past week was a "step-back" week (weeks really go Monday-Sunday and Sunday was only 2 miles, too). I thought it seemed a bit early on for a "step back", but actually ended up welcoming the extra rest.
