TRAINING - Week 3

Sunday - ran 3 miles

Monday - Yoga/stretching

Tuesday - bike for 45 min / strength training

Wednesday - ran 3 miles

Thursday - Spin Class / strength training

Friday - ran 2 miles

Saturday - REST

I think this accountability thing is really working! I am pretty sure I would have quit by now if I didn't feel obligated to update my weekly training here. Less than 7 weeks until the big day!
